Our well appointed function rooms can accommodate your special day, whether it be cocktails by the Poolside in summer, an intimate get-together of family and friends or a large wedding reception with all the finery and trimmings.

Our experienced Wedding Co-ordinator will help, advise and guide you through every aspect from flowers and music to candelabra and Masters of Ceremony.

Do you offer any specials/incentives?

Bayview On The Park is pleased to offer you the following:

♦Complimentary bridal suite accommodation at Bayview On The Park with chocolates and sparkling wine served on arrival and champagne breakfast the following morning

¨ A complimentary night’s accommodation for your first wedding anniversary

*Specials based on minimum 80 delegates.

Do you offer a discount for accommodation?

We are also happy to negotiate a special rate for your bridal party and wedding guests who require accommodation to attend your special day.

Do you provide oniste accommodation?

Bayview On The Park has 203 accommodation rooms perfect for your guests who want to stay the night.

Our Premier Rooms and Suite accommodation are spacious with floor to ceiling windows, with some offering views of Albert Park, Port Philip Bay and the City Skyline or alternatively the outdoor Mediterranean style swimming pool.

Do you cater for smaller, intimate weddings?

We are happy to arrange small intimate weddings for 50 guests or less. Please call us about your requirements and we will organise a quote.

Is there a discount for children?

Yes. We are pleased to offer the following:

1 and under are complimentary (no meals served)

2-12 years @ $32.00 and each are served the following for a plated wedding menu:

Entrée: Golden chicken nuggets and crispy French fries with tomato sauce

Main: Pasta bolognaise

Dessert: Vanilla bean ice cream with chocolate topping

For buffets dinners, they may help themselves

13-17 years @ $55.00 each (will be served same meals as adults)

These meals include assorted soft drinks and orange juice

What if we require certain dietary requirements?

We are pleased to cater for special dietary requirements with prior notification.

Are we allowed to serve our Wedding cake as dessert?

Should you wish to serve your wedding cake as a dessert, take $5.00 off the price from any of the packages. The cake would then be cut and placed individually for each guest by the chef and served with double cream and mixed berry coulis.

Am I allowed to bring additional alcohol?

Bayview On The Park allows you to bring one bottle of spirits per table at no additional charge. We will provide you with the appropriate glasses, ice and soft drinks and or juices to serve with spirits.
